Natrix2

The Natrix2 is my graduation project at Product Design Studio / Faculty of Fine Arts / Brno University of Technology. I choose the subject - a recumbent for her - to solve short person specifics and follow needs of women.

The Natrix2 brings together the comfort of dual 26" wheels with a geometry suitable for women - low seat and bottom bracket height and short leg length. Lamination technology gave me freedom to design a feminine shape and the use of carbon fabric makes it lighter and therefore faster up hill. To reduce the weight of the bike more I choose fwd (front wheel drive) which needs only half of the common chain length. The Natrix2 redefines comfort and ergonomics for women.
